We started our travels around Perth at King's Park. Sitting high above Perth, this is an ideal location to get a great vantage point of the CBD. Before sitting and watching the sun set over the city, we walked through the many beautiful gardens.
We then went down to the waterfront to have dinner. There we found what would have to be once of the nicest views from a bicycle path ever.
The next day we took a short train ride to Fremantle. I loved the the fact that so much of its original architecture is preserved.

It was back on the train to head back towards Perth and stop off at Cottesloe Beach. A popular spot with the locals. We enjoyed an afternoon watching the sunset here.
One final train trip up to Subiaco for dinner. Once again this area had a beautiful selection of older architecture.
